There’s something deeply special about photographing a family at a place steeped in history, where the land carries stories, and the quiet open fields give room for connection. I recently had a session with a lovely couple expecting their next little one, along with their toddler, at Gettysburg National Military Park, and it was one of those shoots that felt both intimate and timeless. The battlefield, part of Gettysburg National Military Park, stretches wide, with rolling hills, mature woodlands, and patches of open fields and pasture.
